Kiana Shows You What To Wear To Work
Dressing for the office in the summer can be trickier than solving a Sudoku puzzle. Temperatures are rising, there are happy hours to be had and those delightfully shorter Fridays can leave you a little perplexed on what’s appropriate.
Check out our summer office guide with some must-haves for your unique shape, and some great tips on taking your look from day to night without breaking a sweat. Our head designer Kiana Anvaripour has hand-picked her favorites, selecting the styles below according to what will look best on your shape.
THE FIGURE SKIMMING TOP
Show off your barely there middle in a summer modern version of the sweater girl look (above). Pair with any midi A-line skirt and this ensemble looks like a complete dress for date night. At work you may want to cover your arms so be sure to wear a fitted, cropped blazer or cardigan.

THE TIE FRONT BUTTON UP
This front tie staple for the summer (above) can be worn with fitted pants to show off your slender legs. After work, unbutton the top few buttons and show off your décolletage. Or you can pack a shorter skirt for an even more dressed up look. The stripe detail and playful front slims your top.

THE WIDE LEG PANT
Lucky you! You can rock one of summer's biggest trends: culottes A.K.A. wide leg pants (above). Go wild with a print or keep it chic with a simple color. The long lines emphasize your slim physique and the volume in just the right places creates shape and a more pronounced waist. Pair with a fitted tank for drinks with friends or a bolero to cover up for work.

THE SHIRT DRESS
This easy, relaxed shirt dress (above) has a front tie to create a waist and evens out your hips and shoulders. You can pump up this look after work by unbuttoning the top few buttons and pairing with a statement necklace that will draw attention to your fantastic bust, and a pair of colorful heels to pull together your look.
ADAM LIPPES-Denim pencil skirt
THE DENIM PENCIL SKIRT
The pencil skirt (above) will never lose its lustre for our hourglass girl. To modernize it with the washed out denim look gets you the best of both vintage and new. Pair this sexy number with a tailored oxford to give you a chic Parisienne look. Once you wrap up work, pop in those statement earrings and throw on your cropped jacket for that casual yet sexy double denim look.
